I tried not to take this product but each time I stop taking it the pain and stiffness returns. It is a great product that keeps my body mobile. I am nearly 70

I tried this product for back pain. I have used it for over a year now and stopped taking it thinking that I was getting a lot better, but I have realised having stopped taking it twice that the reason my pain is better is because I take this product. There is a knock on effect on the arthritis in my hands. Everything is easier because I take this product. Pain is reduced substantially

I was taking the PEA supplement from another company and there was so much inconsistency from bottle to bottle that I started looking for another brand. This one caught my eye for the fact it is completely made in New Zealand. From the plant resources to the manufacturing. No nasty taste and even better results I felt immediately! Wish I'd looked them up sooner!

I had been taking plain PEA for some time and decided to try this. Just got it this week and it does seem to be helping. I realize it may take longer to see full effect, so am hopeful.
UPDATE: This is definitely helping me. I first take a swig of olive oil, then swallow the pills with my coffee/cream. It's not a complete cure as I do have some aches and pains, but MUCH improved! Better able to function throughout the day now. Very thankful for this product.

I don't think it's a gimmicky thing, because the ingrediants have been shown to relieve inflammation, and hopefully, therefore pain. I've just started taking this, so we'll see how much it helps. I have pretty bad neck & back pain at times, and had to quit taking ibuprofin a couple years ago due to side effects and dangers of long-term use. This is certainly beneficial in some capacity, and harmless. Worth a try.

Worked great at reducing my dads inflammation

That's really good news about starting to sell on Amazon UK - it's the best PEA supplement I've found and really helps. Easy access will be appreciated

Too soon to tell if it is working but it is a cheaper alternative to one my doctor suggested. He said it could take 2 months to build in my system so hopefully that is when I’ll notice a difference. No bad side effects have been noticed.

I am about to order my third bottle of Plantonin PEA Plus and I am so grateful for this product. December 2019 I hurt my knee and after suffering for 10 months with inflammation, swelling, difficulty walking, climbing stairs, pain and the prospect of an operation as rehab wasn’t working, my Naturopath, Mike Eyres, recommended Plantonin PEA Plus. I thought why not, nothing to lose. I started on one per day for a week then progressed to twice daily. The first 10 days were hell…sooo painful and then I started to notice that my movement was more fluid and the pain not as intense. Swelling was still there but not as prominent. After three weeks I was starting to cycle again. Eight weeks on I take Plantonin PEA Plus once a day sometimes twice if I have been over doing it with walking and riding my spin bike. Hardly take any pain relief and I share with anyone and everyone about this amazing product and am buying it as a gift for my brother in law and my cousin. Highly recommend!

I recently had a nerve back operation and my surgeon give me a lot of pills to take afterwards, especially paracetamol. I was taking 6 a day depending on the pain and I wanted to reduce my dependency on paracetamol. I came across PEA Plus and decided to give it ago. I gradually reduced paracetamol down from 6 to 0 over the course of 2 months. After taking PEA Plus for 2 months now, I can recommend that it does work to reduce by back nerve pain and also aides in a better nights sleep.

A Combo of ingredients that beyond pain and inflammation, can assist with stress/ anxiety, concentration, and even heart and sugar evels..
Now i tried PEA before (pamitoylethanolamide , there is
Another that is sometimes called pea)
.. and it DID work for me and i liked it enough that i kept meaning to order more, but it was an extra expense, covid came, work shut down and ibuprofen was cheap...
I recall that when i researched it, that
I did see that it would well for some, not for others, due to several factors ( and really thats true of almost anything)..
Also that it commonly took several weeks to attain full results ( 6 i believe, now this is a month, but i think by then you'll know)
.. for me, i noticed subtle differences pretty quickly, and by the end of the bottle, i wanted to get more...
Now, was it so amazing that i would throw out my ibuprofen?, well no, but did i use wayyyy less... yes!
Its worth looking up, but the nutshell is..
PEA is an endogenous fatty acid amide, and a member of the N-acetyl-ethanolamine family.
.... Fatty acid amides are widely circulated in the body, and have a key role in biochemical signalling. ..
..found in the body and in foods..like and eggs. ( i have often noticed eating eggs makes me feel better..hmm)
However, Palmitoylethanolamide is only present in these foods at trace amounts and does not promote significant PEA benefits...so theres supps..
Interestingly enough, hypersensitivity to pain is associated with a large DECREASE in PEA levels in the brain and spinal cord, areas directly and indirectly involved in protecting the nervous system from potentially harmful stimuli. ..
..This seems to indicate that PEA may be vital in bodily responses to pain.
PEA research discovered that Palmitoylethanolamide binds to the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR-α) in the nucleus of cells. This particular receptor is responsible for regulating gene networks linked to pain control.
Another element that makes Palmitoylethanolamide unique is that it also has an affinity for cannabinoid-like receptors GPR55 and GPR119. Yet, PEA has no affinity for the classic cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2, so PEA does not carry the psychoactivity typically seen in classic cannabinoids.
Palmitoylethanolamide may also help regulate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) as well as inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). Research has found that COX-2 levels are elevated during periods of pain and inflammation. Interestingly, the expression of these proinflammatory molecules was also discovered in cases of neuroinflammation. The impact on inflammation, specifically
Palmitoylethanolamide interactions with COX-2 and iNOS suggest that PEA may also support cognitive function. Findings also suggest that PEA may help regulate IkB-alpha degradation and p65 NF-kappaB nuclear translocation, due to its PPAR-alpha agonism.
Studies have indicated that Palmitoylethanolamide’s action performs several biological functions that may help support pain relief.
Ok, that was a BIG nutshell..

So this has the 600 mg i used before of PEA as well as the others..
..although its only week one, i am noticing its working the same for me, so i think in particular, since this has the same 600 mg plus other ingredients at the same price..
I do remember seeing somewhere that for some, they may take a few weeks or months, and then not need it for a while, or at a few times a week once they
" calmed down " their system...
I think at its price its worth a try...
And even though 2 bottles would be the most accurate assessment, 1 should let you know if you're on the right path..

Upon reviewing your ingredients, I was surprised that PQQ was included. This is a very rare ingredient and also very expensive. After taking it now for 60 days I've noticed a real difference in pain discomfort. Well done on adding PQQ with PEA. I've never encountered this combination before.

Well is sure is easier to say PEA, isn’t it! I’m always intrigued by healthcare products from New Zealand. For joint relief, PEA is highly regarded and worth considering as an alternative if Glucosamine and Chondroitin are not working for you. Long used in Europe, PEA is growing in its acceptance in the US as a treatment for pain and inflammation and is also found in milk and eggs.
Plantonin Pea Plus also contains Lions Mane, a strong anti-inflammatory as well as antioxidant . Many believe it can address mild symptoms of anxiety and depression. As with any supplementation, it’s wise to check with your physician first. Lastly, the 90 day full refund guarantee is confidence inducing.

I was previously buying all the ingredients separately as separate supplements and the costs were adding up. Now I can purchase all the ingredients, with the addition of Enzogenol, all in one stacked nootropic and it saves me money. I'm a great believer in PEA and have been using it previously for my joints. I also find Lion's Mane, PS and PQQ beneficial for my mind as I previously also suffered brain fog. As for Enzogenol, this is a product I'm not familiar with and it is good to see that it is NZ sourced. I have read the clinical studies on Enzogenol it and am prepared to give it ago.

I'm in my 60s and I started to get niggling knee pain. Try what the doctor prescribed but has no effect. I tried PEA and after 60 days continuous use, my pain levels have decreased and I can now play a full 18 holes of golf. I prefer to take in the morning rather than at night.

At my age, I started to get tennis elbow. I did not want to give up the game I loved. I had tried other alternative pain relief products but they did not work. I tried PEA Plus and after taking it daily for 60 days, I noticed that the pain in my elbow had reduced to the point that I could continue playing the tennis. Thank you Plantonin for selling a genuine alternative pain relative product.

My elbow was consistently swollen and reddened and I used PEA Plus for its anti inflammatory properties. I was very impressed by its anti inflammatory properties and am now back playing tennis again.

I had a reoccurring knee pain injury and tried a lot of different products and decided to give PEA Plus ago. They had a money back guarantee so I had nothing to lose. Took it as directed and to my surprise, my knee pain injury disappeared. I would certain recommend PEA Plus to others that have similar problems.

I constantly received minor back nerve pain and migraines and researched the market for a good product to help me. I have a science background so I could evaluate the ingredients quite quickly and see what was proven clinically and what was not. I've never come across a product with PQQ in it or the mix of ingredients that PEA Plus has. I decided to give it ago. The pain relief was not instant but did work after 60 days. I am now a regular purchaser of PEA Plus and and my back pain and migraines has significantly reduced.
